No fixed menu, no surprise bills. Every job is different — so we talk it through, agree on a fair price upfront, and only charge you after you're satisfied.
We take a few things into account before quoting — because a quick errand and a full day of help are very different things.
A prescription pickup might take 30 minutes. Setting up a new phone and teaching how to use it might take 3 hours. Time is the biggest factor in what we charge.
Some jobs are straightforward, some require more skill or physical effort. We price accordingly — but we'll always explain why before we start.
Most of what we do is local in Scottsdale. If a job requires significant travel, we'll factor that in and let you know upfront.
If you need us regularly — weekly grocery runs, ongoing tech support — we can work out a recurring arrangement that's more affordable.
