I'm Adam — the youngest, and somehow the one who ended up being both the tech guy and the organizer. Growing up, I was always the one taking things apart to see how they worked, then putting them back together and explaining it to everyone else. I think that's where my love for technology came from — not the gadgets themselves, but the way they can make life easier when someone takes the time to understand them.
Being the youngest also meant I had to stay organized just to keep up with my brothers. That habit stuck. When we decided to start 3 Brothers Concierge, it made sense for me to be the one keeping everything running smoothly — scheduling, planning, making sure nothing falls through the cracks — while also being the one our clients call when their phone isn't working or their TV has too many buttons.
We moved to Scottsdale because we wanted to build something meaningful. I'm really proud of what we're creating here.

I'm Noah. I've always been a people person — the kind of guy who strikes up a conversation with anyone, who remembers names and little details about people's lives. I think that's what drew me to this kind of work. It's not really about the tasks. It's about the relationships.
What I want most is for every person we help to feel genuinely cared for — not like a transaction, not like a to-do list item, but like someone whose day actually matters. When we show up for someone and they light up a little, that's it. That's everything. That's why we built this.
Illinois taught me the importance of community. Scottsdale reminded me how much people still need it. We're here to bridge that gap, one person at a time.

I'm Matthew. I grew up watching my brothers lead in their own ways, and somewhere along the line I became the one people came to when they just needed to talk something through. I learned early that showing up — really showing up, present and unhurried — is one of the most valuable things one person can do for another.
When we talk about why we started this business, I always come back to the same thing: loneliness. A lot of the people we want to help aren't just struggling with tasks — they're struggling with feeling invisible. We want every single person we work with to feel seen, heard, and valued. That's not a business strategy. That's just how we were raised.
This business is personal for all three of us. For me, every visit is a chance to make someone's day a little brighter. That's more than enough reason to show up.
We grew up in a close-knit family in Illinois. Life there taught us the value of community, hard work, and showing up for people. When we moved to Scottsdale, we brought all of that with us — and we found a place full of incredible people who reminded us why those values matter so much.
We're not a corporation. We're not a franchise. We're three brothers who wanted to do something good — and we chose to do it here, in this community, for the people who need it most.
We don't just complete tasks — we actually care about the people we're helping. Every time, without exception.
We're a new business and proud to say so. No fake reviews, no inflated claims — just real people doing real work.
